Unlike a Nursing Home, Shepherd's Village provide care to persons who can no longer take care of themselves and need assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, going to the bathroom, making meals, handling their affairs, and housekeeping.
Most of our Resident's are elderly and have a number of medical issues. ALF staffs are licensed in patient care but are not medical practitioners. As such, ALFs have much lower costs than do Nursing Homes. Among area ALFs, Shepherd’s Village is among the most affordable. How We Are Different

We provide a safe, nurturing environment for our residents.
We commit to giving excellent care and services for the residents. We pride ourselves in providing nutritional, home cooked meals which accommodate the dietary needs of our residents. We provide consistent tender loving care through daily interaction and giving special attention to the individual needs of the residents. We partner with families to ensure the best care is given to their loved ones through open lines of communication and support. We foster team work through accountability, commitment and compassion by our Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, community and church family. We adhere to Christian values which guides our beliefs, principles and ethics with the utmost integrity. |
Our Focus
